How long will it take to set up my hosting account?
	All accounts are set up as soon as payment information has been verifed. While your VPS server may be up and running in only a few hours, we ask that you allow 24-48 business hours for new account setup.

Remote desktop connection basic info

After payment is done, You will recieve all required data for remote desktop connection. The Remote Desktop Connection software is pre-installed with Windows XP and Vista. To run it, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories (Vista), click Communications (XP), and then click Remote Desktop Connection. This software package can also be found on the Windows product CDs and can be installed on any supported Windows platform. To install from the CD, insert the disc into the target machine's CD-ROM drive, select Perform Additional Tasks, and then click Install Remote Desktop Connection. Is it possible to run more than one different MT4 platform with different EAs?
	There is no limit in how many platforms you run, we recommend not to run more than three mt4 platforms, it could slowdown the system. You can allways login to your Parallels power panel and check out how much resources (CPU and Memory) is currently used.

How do I change password for my VPS Hosting Account?

Password can be changed anytime with Parallels Virtuozzo Power Panel. 1) Log into your Virtuozzo Power Panel at https://yourIP:4643/. 2) Under VPS Management,on the left hand side, click on "Change Password". 3) On the next screen you can enter the new password and confirm the new password. 4) Click on the "Change" button to complete the update. Please note that updating your Virtuozzo Power Panel password will update your Administrator account RDP (Windows) password as well. NOTE: If you have forgotten your 'Administrator' password, you should browse to your Virtuozzo Power Panel login page at https://yourIP:4643/ and click on the 'Forgot your password?' link. You will be promoted for your account email address and username (Administrator). Unless you have previously setup your email address within the Virtuozzo Power Panel, the password reset feature will not work. Specifically, your contact email address should exists within Virtuozzo, under Configure -> Contact Email.

I can not connect to my account with Remote Desktop Connection?
	Please connect to your Parallels Virtuozzo Power Panel and click on "Restart Container". If that does not help, please contact us. You can also try to connect with IE (5.0 or above) - login to your Parallel Power Panel, click on "Remote Desktop", then click on "Login". This way you can establish connection directly with your browser.

When trying to open Parallels Power Panel with my browser, i got "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." message.
	You can ignore this warning and click on "Continue to this website". That is not the error, just add the exception of the Certificate. The Virtuozzo control panel is open in the browser using the SSL certificate for security purpose.

Which Control Panel comes with the Windows VPS Hosting service?
	The Windows VPS comes with the Virtuozzo Power Panel (VZPP) which is a server-administration tool. It allows you to remotely stop, start and reboot your server. It also allows you to control services, view logs, create backups of your VPS and/or change the account/administrator password.
